Cell phones that are not on vibrate

Ok so everyone and anyone who has ever met me knows that I am attached to my Treo but I do not subject people to the annoying ring especially at work. The other thing that really gets me crazy is when some fool is on the bus - which is my preferred mode of transportation because I am text obsessed as well - but I digress - fools who have their hedphones blaring and thus do not hear the annoying ring of their phones cause me to stare at them until they sense my glare and pick up the phone which should have been on vibrate in the first place. I am all for phone freedom but not when it encroaches on others. Can we also talk about the volume control needed when you are in public and on the cell phone? I mean c'mon - who wants to hear your convo - not me (raising my hand). To make my point I sometimes get on my phone aand talk about the person who is talking waaaay to loud on theirs. Hmppph!!
